When you use Regima, we process the information needed to provide the service. This can include your Clerk account identifier, email address, and display name; the backtest names, inputs, configurations, results, and run history you create; and technical diagnostic information generated while using the application.

We use Sentry for error monitoring and reliability diagnostics. This may include sampled browser session replay and technical information associated with an error or performance event.

We use this information to authenticate you, create and display your backtests, maintain the service, protect its security, and investigate faults or performance issues.

Clerk provides authentication and session management. Sentry provides error monitoring, performance diagnostics, and sampled session replay. These providers process information as part of delivering those services to us.

Clerk uses essential authentication cookies when you sign in. These are necessary for account and session functionality. Regima also uses browser-based diagnostic and replay technologies through Sentry to help identify and resolve errors.

Regima does not provide a separate cookie-preferences interface or use the application for advertising.

Completed and failed backtest runs are retained for 90 days. Cached market-data snapshots are retained for 30 days. Active queued or running work is retained until it completes or otherwise reaches a terminal state.

Account information is retained while your account remains active. When an account is deleted, its local profile, identity records, owned backtests, and associated run records are deleted. Contact us if you need help with an account or data deletion request.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact us using the address below. You may also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

We may update this policy as Regima changes. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
